Dialogue Box For Different Downloads

In Opera 12.17, when I DL a torrent file a pop-up box appears and asks me where to DL the file - how I want to DL it is defined in the Advanced Preferences menu with different ways to DL the torrent file and how I want windows to handle it.. If I click a magnet link, I can set the preference to allow a pop-up dialogue that simply asks me if it ok to DL that magnet link. Recently when I click a magnet link, that dialogue box is missing in Opera 27, whereas in Opera 12.17 it does appear.

Is there anywhere in Opera 27's setting that allows me to tell Opera how I want magnet links to work, and what program I want to deal with it??

Nope. Maybe you could try an extension.
