Ads text being displayed vertically on a site

I have issues where there should be 3 ads at the top, and it always displays like this, a tiny strip of the picture, with each letter of the ad being one letter displaying vertically. I have to scroll way down for the actual content... Any way to fix this? I did check I have the latest version.

@GeeGeeX57 Which website? The ads are being set to a very narrow width but not actually blocked. Very strange.

@GeeGeeX57 With adblocker turned off, the ad is displayed vertically like the in the screenshot in the first post.
