Opera theme affects all site colors

all colors on almost every site have become dependent on the chosen theme.

@CookieOfWar Is this Opera GX? I can imagine a mod in GX doing that; otherwise it shouldn't happen. If it is GX, try disabling shaders in the sidebar.
