Instagram Reels slow to load and run

Trying to switch to Opera but Instagram reels are slow to load and do not run smoothly. Any settings I can change to fix that? No problem on Chrome or Firefox.

I don't know the difference.
Seems I might have it working better by turning off VPN. Does that make sense?

@robdca A VPN will always slow down your connection. You shouldn't use one unless you know you need it.
