What version? New versions synchronize sessions, so that whatever was in one Opera when it was closed can be opened in another Opera later from the tab menu. History could prove to be a lot of data, so I'm not certain they'll even consider it.

They are working on synchronization right now, and password sync will probably be added soon.

There is no Notes in Opera Blink.so there is nothing to synchronize.

Yes, please add notes and add open in follower tab (create linked tab). Opera 12 was the best browser ever created...just add all its features and you can't go wrong.

In the latest developer version there is a sidebar where you can install extensions, like notes.
