Speed Dial As A List Instead Of Icons

I have copied one of my bookmark folders over to Speed Dial, but when I click on the icon, I want the page to be displaed as a list, not as icons.

And for that matter, how do I make the start page (Speed Dial) also display as a list, not icons.
