Video pop-out is not working

@Talktokarina I downloaded Opera Air. However, the video popout feature isn't working. I looked on Reddit for a solution. People had success with disabling "Enable Zero-Copy Video Capture" in opera://flags. I guess this is for regular Opera since this "Enable Zero-Copy Video Capture" option isn't in the Opera Air version.
Any ideas how I can get video popout to work in Opera Air?
