The only way to unfollow someone is doing the same you did to follow that person: You go to the person's profile page and click on the + button (that now is a heart, indicating that you are following that person).

To unfollow a user or moderator on Opera forums, follow these steps:

1. Go to the user’s profile page.
2. Look for the "Following" button, which should indicate that you're following them.
3. Click the "Following" button, and it should change to "Follow," confirming that you’ve unfollowed the user.

o unfollow a user on Opera, go to their profile, click on the "Following" button, and select "Unfollow." If you're using Opera's built-in social features, check the settings for managing your followed accounts.

Thanks for your help. I successfully unfollowed a user on Opera Android browser, but I think that there's a bug on Opera Mini that makes you to follow a user and unfollowing that user becomes impossible.
