force dark theme exceptions

i love being able to force dark theme, but some sites become unusable with it on. it would be nice if i could make exceptions so that i don't have to turn it off for a bit when i'm using one of these broken sites.

@hlehn You can right click > Disable Force Dark Pages to disable dark theme for that page and/or you can go to opera://settings/content/forceDarkMode
