How to clear add-on cache?

Hello everyone! I can't understand, where is telegram and other add-ons cache folder is located. And how can i clear add-ons cache. Please, help.

@AngryBumblebee Telegram on sidebar is not an add-on, so it probably uses the regular cache.

And I don't think there is a special cache for extensions.
