Can't select pic from drop down

So I go to twitter and want to include a pic from my computer to add into my posting. I click the photo, upload from twitter and a drop down appears to select from my computer.

Problem is the "select" button is below the bottom of my screen. Hitting "zoom won't bring it into view.

Any advice?
