[Duplicated]Greyed Out Window When Uploading Files

Hi all! Thanks for your time. I hope someone can help. Basically, lately whenever I've tried to upload a file from my computer to Google docs via insert image, the whole screen greys/blacks out and I'm unable to select the file to insert. Oddly, this doesn't happen every time but frequently enough for it to be annoying and an inconvenience. If I switch screens or refresh the page that sometimes fixes the issue.
Does anyone have any idea what causes this all of a sudden or any fixes?

@leocg Hi Leo. Sorry for the late reply, life has been lifeing. I have Opera One but I have found a solution. Whenever I managed to pull up the upload interface there is a notice that says "don't show this pop up again". I clicked it and I'm able to select files, I guess the conventional way. I don't mind this at all. However if you do have a solution maybe someone else may benefit.

@andrew84 Yes! That's more or less the issue I was having! The clipboard wasn't appearing for me to select the files. I do have auto hide sidebar on but I've always had it on. The issue only started a few weeks ago. However like I said, It wouldn't be permanent and if refresh the page or navigate away and return to try again, it would be fine. This is how I found a solution I posted above this post to Leo - when I was able to select a file from clipboard I'd select "don't show this pop up again" and now I'm able to select files from the folder popup instead. Thanks for this.
