flash problem in opera

when you enter the page www.partycloud.fm and already is different in it. since the problem happens with "Turbo mode of Opera" and it changed the options of plugins: click to play, and now when I fixed the problem with PPAPI (out of process) and already has been broken this my website that I visited often. and now DJ interface disappears and all turns black and his songs continue to sing alone and I can not stop or pause or various other things DJ who disappeared in black. how to fix it with this website and the problem started from your Opera Turbo?

the topick is coled "flash problem". That's why I want to ask here HAW TO MAKE FLAS PLAER WORK IN Opera!?
I have jast installedthe very last adobe flash and I thought it would fix the problem but it still is on

Do you have accidently activated Opera Turbo? See Opera menue with Alt key.
Do you have Flashplayer disabled? Open _opera:plugins: and inspect.
Do you have plugins disabled? Open Opera preferences with Alt P -> Websites -> Plugins and activate (X) Load automatically -

at Opera:plugins (all plugins are working normal,flash player at NPAPI mode and shockwave flash player at PPAPI mode).i opened settings,on websites->plugins->automatically(recomended) (is checked).opera turbo is off.what to do next to surf this site normally.i accidently activated opera turbo i think and when i turned it off and this site i was surfing started to make problems: Failed to load resource: net::ERR_CACHE_MISS
