Do you have accidently activated Opera Turbo? See Opera menue with Alt key.
Do you have Flashplayer disabled? Open _opera:plugins: and inspect.
Do you have plugins disabled? Open Opera preferences with Alt P -> Websites -> Plugins and activate (X) Load automatically
