Opera not offering save password

On some websites (like OpenCart 1.5.x eshop administration) Opera does not offer to save passwords for me.
The website is not in saved passwords.
The website is not in "never save" passwords.I get a dropdown list in username with values entered in the domain, but nothing is prefilled into password after clicking, think it's just a standard remembered input value, not a stored password.
Version currently 27, but surely 26,25,24 and maybe before.

Same thing here. I have this problem on Linux v26. Odd thing about those websites: https and I had those password remembered in 12.16. They where not working after migration to 25/26 so I've deleted them from password manager. But Opera still does not offer to remember new ones (same for http auth and html forms).

On secure pages Opera doesn't seem to prefill names, but will fill the password once you select the name. Though you may wish to check the status of the flag
opera://flags/#disable-ignore-autocomplete-off
(Highlight the text and go to it - the forum will not make opera: links clickable.)

Thank you for suggestion, unfortunately the form does not have autocomplete=off and it does not even fill the password if I select a name. Just as for zerrrgu, for me it was working flawlessly in 12 and before. I can't find anything that would be unsual about the form...
