Is there a way to disable the Speed Dial tab on program startup when you have existing tabs open?

Is there a way to disable the Speed Dial tab on program startup when you have existing tabs open? Failing that is there an option to have the existing tab/s prioritised as the current tab instead of Speed Dial?

Had a google, looked through the FAQ and skimmed the Forum search but couldn't find anything, any help appreciated.

@bkaiba Speed dial is displayed when you open a new tab without a URL. When you start Opera, the options are to start with Speed dial (that is, no web pages), to start with a specific set of pages, or to continue from where you left off. Neither of those last two options has to contain a speed dial tab, but I suppose it could if you wanted it to.

With "Retain tabs from previous session" selected at the URL opera://settings/onStartup, disable "Display the start page first".
