Opera does not open some sites.

At the same time, they can be opened under VPN.

They can also be opened from other browsers and devices with same wi-fi. The problem is in the browser.

I reinstalled and cleared the cache - it didn't help.

I also googled the problem and it’s not just happening to me (its russian).

@wilcoroger It usually means that the pages are blocked in your region, or that the pages are blocking your IP address.
