Windows 11 Pro, new laptop setup
I have installed Opera on my Local normal standard account, but it is not visible anywhere when I open my Admin account, not listed in the Programs list etc. I thought programs were installed for every user. There was no option to choose this when installing, as far as I recall. Thank you! -

On your account, uninstall Opera (but do not choose to delete your data when uninstalling).
Then, log out and log in to your admin account and download Opera. When you launch the installer, click "options", set "install for" to "All users", set "install path" to "C:\Program Files\Opera", set all the other options as you like and install.
Then Opera will be set up like other browsers are by default.
