Extensions showing in GX task manager I haven't downloaded.

Hello, I'm new to the forum, but figured I'd see if I could get an answer for some of the things I've been seeing on my browser.
In the time since I've gotten opera the CPU usage has gone way up for only a couple of tabs. Normally this doesn't bother me much, but when it actively stops pages from loading that's a bit of an annoyance. I'm guessing that it has to do with ads popping up, so we will ignore that as the various threads I found discussing that were all met with, "That's a normal amount of CPU usage." Mine can hit 38% on a single GX process, but I'm running a Ryzen 3, so probably it's just my CPU having a rough time.
What I mainly want to discuss, is the fact that no where under the extensions section or even in the developer mode so some of these extensions, or what the opera task manager considers extensions exist. Namely; Opera Touch Background, Rich Hints Agent, Aria, Cashback Assistant, and Background Worker.
Are those supposed to be visible things that I can turn off at my discretion? Or are they just things that got added and I'm supposed to ignore them? Because sometimes one of them gets a wild hair and ramps up it's CPU usage. Any help would be appreciated, even if the answer is "Oh, those aren't extensions they're just labeled that." While that would be annoying that they're labeled as something I should have control over and I do not, I understand that often that is just an easier thing to do.Also, there was an extension that appeared when I had selected developer mode on GX while searching fo these that was enabled but hidden by developer mode. Which I'm unable to find it now. It was called Idle Aru? Some little idle anime thing. Kind of upset with myself for exiting out of that tab without copying it now.

@sgunhouse But which one is which? I don't have the ad blocker enabled, nor the vpn, so I am wondering why they are sometimes using up a ton of CPU despite being off. One is also for this Aria thing I don't use, and I'm guessing the wallet one is something that will remember my card information for me while I'm shopping?
