The name in the URL does not appear in full

I believe that I must have changed something that caused this but I couldn't find out how to make the URLs appear completely again, if anyone can help me I'd appreciate it.

The URL is only complete when I click on it when I'm interacting with the site it drops the link for some reason.

@eric-deucher In Settings, look for 'Show full URL in combined search and address bar' (just type FULL into the search box and look for the highlighted text).
