Bookmarks not synched (can't find bookmarks on my phone)

I can't find bookmarks on my phone that I see on Opera on Windows 11.
I tried logging off and logging in again to Opera Sync on my phone, but they still aren't there.

What can I do?

@mathias87 Try disabling Sync and enabling it again.

@leocg I disabled sync on my PC and closed Opera while this page opera://sync-internals was opened on my phone.
After restarting Opera on my phone, I saw what is the problem.
I recorded a screen capture, how can I make you watch it?

@mathias87 You can try enabling each syncing option at a time to see if there's something triggering the issue.

@leocg This issue is really annoying. I think this is on Opera's side. Is this a known issue already?
I saw the following regarding my post from 2 hours ago:

Right after I re-opened Opera on my phone, the box went green and some seconds later the column "Sync cycle ongoing" turned from "true" to "false" and with that the "Protocol error (TRANSIENT_ERROR)" showed up.
