@conceptpuppet It a question for an Android or Google forum, but you disable it in Android settings if I remember correctly.

@conceptpuppet The question was about turning off automatic updates on Android. if you don't want your Android apps being automatically updated, you need to disable automatic updates on Android (or maybe Play store) settings.

@leocg No, the question was not about android, I circled the relevent part of Opera to which my question was and is about. Can you see the big yellow circle?

@leocg It is the same question Opera is triggering google play updates in context you may assume it the setting is in opera which I have now circled for you in big yellow on the screenshot. You wouldn't want to assume it is offtopic "give it the benifit of the uncertainty" unless you are trying to ward off support seekers. You need to use context clues of where you are at so instead of expecting the user to type everything out in longform over and over and over and over and over. I shouldn't have to retype out the topic so that you believe I am speaking about the topic. And then you don't answer me why you keep editing on my posts without giving any input.

No the question wasn't about. That wasn't a creative commons post where you decide wgat it means. I am the author of the post and define the terms.

@conceptpuppet You asked about Google play, that is what he answered. If you want to ask about disabling update notifications (which has nothing to do with Google Play) - do so, though preferably in a new thread with a correct topic.

No I did not ask about google play I asked about opera triggering google play updates.

@conceptpuppet But that was the title of the thread, and that is why @leocg was complaining. One of the rules is that posts must relate to the title. As I said before, if the topic as given in the title is not what you want to talk about, you need to start a new thread with an appropriate title.
