Visual issue: sites seem to have a filter on them

I get this weird visual bug on a lot of sites, it looks as though it has some kind of filter on, is there any way to fix this?

@furboispikee if you have dark mode on, some images look funky.
Try setting the browser to day mode and check again

If you have extra things added to your web browser, like tools or features, they might be causing the problem. You can try turning them off one by one to see if that helps. Also, try using a different web browser to see if the issue happens there too.
