      Hello friends, I am both angry and very nervous. Before formatting the computer, I synced Opera and selected every option. After formatting, I installed and synchronized Opera, but my data did not arrive. All my passwords etc. they all stayed there. I do not know what to do. I did the same thing I've been doing for years, but this time my data was deleted. Please someone help me, please...

          @beyefendithresh @leocg Man, can't you see me? I synced this like I've been doing for years and everything disappeared. Please help me now.
          Note: I have been using Opera for over 7 years. I did what I always do but this time my data was lost.

              @beyefendithresh Log in to the site https://www.sync.opera.com using your account and see what is there. This is where all your synced data is stored.

                  @leocg What do you mean there is no answer to my question? This is not user error so it's not my fault. I synced my account and logged out as I have done for years. And when I logged in hours later, years of my data were deleted.
                  You are a supporter of this forum and if you cannot find a solution to a simple error, leave this job. My data that I have used for years is gone. If the same thing happened to you, I'm sure you would react the same way. You are here to support. So do your job and support me. Even if you can't, I want to talk to someone more competent. I am telling you that I lost my data that I have been using for more than 5 years.

                      @leocg My dear friend, why are you here then? Can't you help me? It's really simple. I did what I've been doing for years, which is synchronization. When I logged in afterwards, all my data was lost. Can't I get my data back? I've been really sad for days. I lost everything.

                          @beyefendithresh If there's nothing on sync.opera.com and you don't have a backup, then your data is gone.

                                  @avij12 If you don't remember the passphrase, you will need to reset it in sync.opera.com. And for that, your synced data needs to be removed from the server.

                                    @beyefendithresh, this just happened to me and I'm losing my mind.
                                    sync.opera.com still has backups from my opera mobile app, but has nothing from my PC even though I took my time to actually synchronize it.
                                    All my history, bookmarks, passwords, everything is gone.
