Now, when you return to a tab, the page will remain in its position

Um, no, at least on Linux and with tab strip scrolling enabled it takes me to the top (clicking the tab again does takes me to where I was in the page, fortunately).

This happens when dragging a tab also. I didn't notice it happend always when clicking a tab bc I'm used to Ctr+PgUP/Down to move between tabs.
