[Compilation]Discussions on Scrolling doesn't work if the mouse is on the edge of the screen

Hi,
On Opera crypto browser, (not sure about the other Opera versions), there's an extra space outside of the website container. It makes scrolling very unfriendly.
This is very annoying, everybody is used to move the mouse to the right border, but in Opera the scrollbar is not touching the border, you have to go a few pixel to the left to catch the scrollbar.
Imo this is a weird UI choice, why is there a padding containing the website, it wouldn't be a problem if it wasn't affecting the user experience. -

Hi, I'm having a problem where scrolling does not work when cursor is on the left/right edge of a webpage. I believe this is due to the small gap in spacing between the actual webpage and Opera One GUI.

@sergiykos F11 also hides the tab islands, which is a feature Opera One is trying so hard to implement in this browser. So no, this just a crutch rather than a real solution.

@akasudesu I believe you mean not scrolling using mouse wheel but scrolling by grabbing the scrollbar or by clicking on it? If so, this is (border around webpage) by design ('genius' design).
Edit:
Sorry, I can also confirm that scrolling by mouse wheel also doesn't work while cursor is located on the border. -

Also middle mouse to close tab does not work, if you are on the black bar on the top.
And the mouse gestures don't work either.
The whole black area is unresponsive. -

Also middle mouse to close tab island does not work if the cursor is above the tab

@akasudesu I guess you are probably reaching that little space between the page and the sidebar.

Good observation Sherlock Holmes.

@akasudesu I guess the idea is to separate the modules.
And I like the new design.

What module is to the right of the scrollbar?
