Are "skins/themes" supported anymore?

Back in the day I recall there used to be a big ecosphere of people offering hundreds of different skins or "themes" for Opera. I've been away a decade or so, and now I don't see any reference to this once capability. Is it gone - only one "default" skin now? (Is that why this product is called "Opera One"?)? BTW... I'm looking for my old favorite skin that was all skulls and cross-bones... very Fallish, Halloweenish...

@goodbot-bb Skins stopped being supported about ten years ago, when Opera changed to a Chromium based browser.
Last version of Opera with support for skins was 12.
