I'm experiencing frequent unwanted desktop pop-outs appearing from the right edge of my Win10 screen while Opera is running in the background (minimized). These seem to be news and weather updates. Is there anyway to disable these ?

Back in the day I recall there used to be a big ecosphere of people offering hundreds of different skins or "themes" for Opera. I've been away a decade or so, and now I don't see any reference to this once capability. Is it gone - only one "default" skin now? (Is that why this product is called "Opera One"?)? BTW... I'm looking for my old favorite skin that was all skulls and cross-bones... very Fallish, Halloweenish...
