[Solved]How to block a podcast interruption

Somehow I am getting a mini popup in the lower right of my screen that is a podcast from a news organization. I did not ask for this intrusion and want it stopped. It isn't anything I did through an email as it is targeting my IP address, not my user name or any other identity.
I sent email to the news org to stop it but how do they even know who I am.
I looked thru the settings but couldn't find any way to stop it.

@leocg Yes-that was it! I'm pretty sure I didn't set it on, but now I know how to get rid of these.
