When tab is dragged out form Tab bar, the contest of it is scrolled to top.

When you drag out a tab from the tab bar, the site in that tab is scrolled to the top. So if you are for example in the middle of a long search results list, want to move tab to other window, the site jumps back to the top, and you have to scroll down where you were.
This is really annoying. For example, if you are reading an article, and want to move it to another window to read it later, you lose to place where you were. Also, I quite often drag tabs out for reference, and it is quite frustrating that I have to find the place where I was every time.
It is sad how broken the basic stuff with tabs are at the moment. Nothing gets fixed, instead useless stuff is added, and new bugs introduced.

@khellstre I can confirm the behavior.

Exactly. You can also check these issues while dragging tabs/windows.
