Reopen Last Closed Tab

With version 25, ctrl-Shift-T doesn't seem to work for me for reopening the last closed tab. It just opens my speed dial. Is anyone else having this problem.

I'm using Windows 7 with Opera.

Problem solved. Thanks for the help. I had some third party software, and I had set up the control-shift key combination in that other software for something else. Then I forgot about it.
