Cant view Bills from websites

Hi,
I was on my energy page and when I tried to view my bill, i kept getting the error
O is blocked.
This content is blocked. Contact the site owner to fix the issue.

ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CSP

I have already turned off the Ad blocker for the page and restarted my browser, however, i still get this. How do i fix this.

@lrwallace65 Opera, You or both are being blocked by the page's Content Security Policy.

@leocg Im only having this issue with Opera. I guess Ill use another browser for my bills.
