What I don't understand, actually, is, how much is security affected by Opera not being on the most actual Chromium version? As far as I see it, they're always some versions behind whereas other browsers like Chrome, of course, Edge and even Brave are updated quicker.
Could you, please, comment on this? -

@healingcross Opera used to be on the same version of Chromium although a couple of builds behind, but recently it started to be a few versions back.
Currently it seems to be just one version behind.

@leocg Yes, I've seen they are updating more regularly. It seems to be one strategic step in order to gain more users in Europe and North America.

@healingcross I guess they just had to step down Chromium update due to Opera One changes and now they are catching things up.

Opera is a viable alternative anyways. -
