[WinXP][Opera36]Can't access several pages

I have an old but efficient laptop acer with windows XP. I have installed Opera 36, but I cannot open it becouse "non è stato possibile trovare il server remoto", in opera.com, opera.it, google.com, google.it.
Firewall open to Opera, no proxy, with F12 control proxy is not active

google.com and opera.com load fine for me in Opera 36 on Windows 11 22H2 for what it's worth. Might be a TLS and or dns issue with Windows XP.

What happens if you try to browse to https://185.26.182.104/ and https://172.217.4.46/ (choose "continue anyway")? Does that work at least?

@carfox Windows XP can't use ECC (elliptic curve cryptography) certificates. Most likely those sites use certificates, where ECC technology is used.
