Firewall open to Opera, no proxy, with F12 control proxy is not active<br />

Most likely those sites use certificates, where ECC technology is used.</p>

Might be a TLS and or dns issue with Windows XP.</p>
<p dir="auto">What happens if you try to browse to <a href="https://185.26.182.104/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://185.26.182.104/</a> and <a href="https://172.217.4.46/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer nofollow ugc">https://172.217.4.46/</a> (choose "continue anyway")? Does that work at least?</p>
