Mute for tab not working

State of the issue at my side:
At workspace 2 pinned tab can be switched to mute by click on loutspeaker symbol, if the tab is located between postion 1 and 9.
For position 10, it is only working for 50%.
For all postions higher 10, it is not working!!

Hello Opera-Team, are you aware of that issue?

I think they correct it. For me it is working just fine now.
My current Opera Version is 99.0.4788.65
