leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited by@malevolentseth Yes, that's how it works. The page where you do the reset clearly says that your synced data will be removed from the server.

MalevolentSeth last edited by@leocg I would understand that if it did say that
But the button I clicked said "Reset Sync Phrase"
I clicked that and it wiped my sync data with 0 warning

leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited by@malevolentseth Like I said, the page where the reset passphrase button is located shows a warning saying that your synced data will be removed. And it happens because it's the only way to change the passphrase.

gvyrgul last edited by leocgPlease help me, I pressed to reset the sync on impulse and I lost the accesses that I no longer remember the password for important links that I use at work and in college. The computer was not synchronized in the opera, I went to log in and deleted all the data from the synchronizations (so many useful bookmarks and passwords), if you can help me to revert for the love of God

leocg Moderator Volunteer last edited by@guhrangelmello As said above, resetting passphrase implies in removing the synced data from the server. And that data can't be recovered.

AtulPrime last edited byImportant
Will reset synchronization password (passphrase) delete every data such as bookmarks , speed-dials etc. from server or it only deletes encrypted data such saved-passwords.
