So the new version came out, but the bug still not fixed. Are they don't read their forums or what?

Maybe you should split the 200 tabs between more than one Opera window?

TABs jump left or right. Happens to opera Dev, Opera regular version, every computer. I think it has to do with some scripting because it happens to most tabs very often but not all. Especially when several tabs open.

When user clicks on an inactive tab, the tab is activated and dragged right, if previously active tab was to the left from current.

This bug depends on Opera window width. For example on 1920px bug appear when 42 tabs are opened, and disappear if user reduces quantity of tabs to 41. However resizing Opera window to 500px width (minimum size) revives the bug instantly on 6 tabs opened, and reducing to 5 tabs (or less) makes tabs work well.

video with Opera bug on 6 tabs (width 500px). https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=516NTTMvHWw

Same here, incredibly annoying and made the browser basically unusable.

Fix is coming. Look for DNA-105141 in the changelog for new builds at https://blogs.opera.com/desktop/.

I have been using Opera since 2000 and I love to have multiple tabs open. I have around 124+ open tabs. I have never seen such a debilitating bug like this before. I restored my computer just to fix this bug! I was happy that a new update, 95.0.4693.31 finally allegedly fixes the tab problem once and for all. To my shock the problem was still there! Some people reported that they are happy and it solved their problem. Maybe they have a few open tabs compared to my 124+ tabs.
My final solution was to again restore my computer back to the previous version, 95.0.4635.46 with Acronis True Image and then block Opera updates with Kasperky.
Opera can you please fix this multiple tab problem once and for all?
Now there is a new version, 95.0.4635.50. Did they fix the problem? I will not update till I am 100% sure that even if I open 200+ tabs, this problem will never occur again.

@silverdesertrain said in [Duplicated]Tabs randomly move to the right:

with Acronis True Image and then block Opera updates with Kasperky.

Somehow too difficult, in my opinion. I just reinstalled to the old version and renamed the opera_autoupdate.

@kell87 That's an easy solution, but wouldn't the opera_autoupdate revert back to its normal after restarting your computer?
