Small window - small problem

My installed few days ago - bright new opera - opens itself in small window.
Every time, new window, new incognito window even smaller.

I cannot open opera in normal - full window, I must double click every time, after opening.

My opera is newest stable version 25.0.1614.50
Windows 8.1 Pro

Is there some option in windows, or in Opera browser?

It's a bug. May be fixed on 26.

There is a way to "fix" that temporarily until you close Opera not maximized again, but you would need to edit a configuration file which can result in a damaged one if you are doing it wrong.

Yes, there is this file, it is hard to find, but in this topic you send - there is a solution.

You must change something in preferences file hidden somewhere in users folder, and ... it is working !
