<![CDATA[Small window - small problem]]>My installed few days ago - bright new opera - opens itself in small window.
Every time, new window, new incognito window even smaller.

I cannot open opera in normal - full window, I must double click every time, after opening.

My opera is newest stable version 25.0.1614.50
Windows 8.1 Pro

Is there some option in windows, or in Opera browser?

Yes, there is this file, it is hard to find, but in this topic you send - there is a solution.

You must change something in preferences file hidden somewhere in users folder, and ... it is working !
