Every time, new window, new incognito window even smaller.</p>
<p dir="auto">I cannot open opera in normal - full window, I must double click every time, after opening.</p>
<p dir="auto">My opera is newest stable version 25.0.1614.50<br />
Windows 8.1 Pro</p>
<p dir="auto">Is there some option in windows, or in Opera browser?</p>

<p dir="auto">Yes, there is this file, it is hard to find, but in this topic you send - there is a solution.</p>
<p dir="auto">You must change something in preferences file hidden somewhere in users folder, and ... it is working !</p>
