Does the QR code scanner still open pages right away? did he finally start asking what I wanted to do first?

Still the view of open tabs (the standard one) demands refreshing. Why does it take so long... I have a lot of pages open, I'd rather see more tabs on the screen and be able to move or group them like in other browsers.
What has been entered is completely unnecessary for me, I would be afraid that I will accidentally press X and close some page ...
