How To DIsable Video From Showing In Small Window

If there is a video playing at the top of the page, when I scroll down, that video now appears in a small window on the bottom right (on the same page), how do I disable this. I have turned off video pop out in settings, but obviously that does not apply to the pop out on the same page.

@bbildman It's a site feature, you need to see if they have an option to disable it.
Don't know if there are extensions for it.
