DoH not off? Google DNS still

Hi,
If I turn off DoH (DNS-over-HTTPS), could it be that it's falling back to 8.8.8.8 Google DNS?
In other words: Off isn't off.
I'm currently debugging my machine, somewhere the 8.8.8.8 slipped in.The goal is DoH but outside of Opera.
Thanks

@operasurfer1094952 On Windows 11 (I guess in 10 also, but I'm not sure), you can set up DOH on the system network configuration, maybe it's the case?

@leocg correct, Win 11 supports this. However, if I turn it off in Opera, NextDNS is telling me "uses Google DNS". So either, the turn-off is not turning it off (bug) or somewhere else the thing is "on". I can instantly switch between e.g. Cloudflare or Google DNS, and the correct selection is active. However, DoH turned off, then Google DNS is apparently used. This is also the case with latest Chrome: If DoH turned off, Google DNS remains active.

@operasurfer1094952 So you do have DOH enabled on System settings or not? If yes, what DNS service is being used?

@leocg Not set in Win 11 IP4 or 6. Double checked DNS IPs across tools, it seems to be working correctly now (DoH in Opera off = no Google DNS). Will monitor and check on other machines, too.
