can't download the same file from ao3

when I download the same file that is over 1mb from ao3. it didnt duplicate but also corrupted the file too so I can't download it again even if I deleted the file and start again. and it only happened in opera beta latest version. is something wrong ? I tried every thing.

@operanew12345 update is not only just opera beta is also regular opera that is effected and is only happened to latest versions. please help!
