How to get icons back

I had Opera set on my laptop and used it for years. Somehow I lost opera and it returned to another windows program.

I downloaded Opera again and was able to sign in, my orginal background was there but my Icons (saved sites) were missing from my start page. Is there a way to get them back?

@arliem Speed dials. Are your other bookmarks there? If so, there is a section in Bookmarks for Other Speed dials - they might be there.
