Stop opera from deactivating custom search engines

Hi,

Problem: Apparently, Opera deactivates custom search engines (i.e. searching by abbreviation + search query from address bar) that haven't been used in a while.

Question: Can I stop Opera from doing so?

I need a number of search queries that I use only infrequently, but which are a nuisance to recreate by hand (e.g. using google with specific language settings).

@donauprinzessin As far as I know, Opera doesn't do that.

Hmm, never had a custom search engine remove on me. Are you using Opera Sync, and are you syncing settings?

@burnout426 Yes, I do. Just switched 'sync settings' off and will see if that solves the issue. Thanks for the hint.
