<![CDATA[Stop opera from deactivating custom search engines]]>Hi,

Problem: Apparently, Opera deactivates custom search engines (i.e. searching by abbreviation + search query from address bar) that haven't been used in a while.

Question: Can I stop Opera from doing so?

I need a number of search queries that I use only infrequently, but which are a nuisance to recreate by hand (e.g. using google with specific language settings).

Just switched 'sync settings' off and will see if that solves the issue. Thanks for the hint.

Are you using Opera Sync, and are you syncing settings?
