Download text files problems

1st problem. Click download a text file. opera never finish the download. If I use another browser, it can download the same file w/o problem. If I copy and rename the unfished opera download file and verify it, it is a correct file. I have to kill the download and delete the ghost file.
2nd problem, try to click a text file download link, no reaction. Chrome does the same. Edge needs to keep clicking "keep" to get that text file. They are all simple stupid utf8 text files for Reading which contain no malware or virus.

@opera1689 These are actual download links, not something you'd use Save As on? Hmm... maybe an example page would help.
