Whenever I try contacting support for simpledefinitions, I get that message. But when I use another browser like Google Chrome for the same site, everything is ok.

@subbammamasireddy The usual message would be "Error, please try again," in English. Seems to work fine here though. What OS and version, and version of Opera?
