Disable Ctrl + V shortcut key

I'm using stand alone Opera Version: 90.0.4480.54 from a USB drive. I use it to connect to a virtual dumb terminal that's hosted on an internal website. I've been able to customize most of Opera's shortcut keys here: opera://settings/keyboardShortcuts
However, Ctrl + V (used for pasting from the clipboard) seems to be baked into Opera and I cannot change it or disable it. I need Ctrl + V to be passed through to the emulated dumb terminal and not intercepted by the browser. Is there any way to accomplish this?

@newcastlej I don't think so. Maybe you will need a software that disables it in the OS.

@leocg I'm pretty sure that the ctrl + v keybinding is not a global setting in Windows as other software I use does not interpret ctrl + v as Paste from clipboard. Each program must have control over it.
I did find that older versions of FireFox can disable Ctrl + V if used with an extension called Keybinder, unfortunately old FireFox has other issues. So far Opera works perfectly, except for Ctrl + V

@newcastlej All softwares that I use/know use Ctrl + V to paste from clipboard, at least originally.
